Athletic, Strength and H.I.I.T. training can wear you down depending on how frequently you are training and taking care of your body.

  • Recharge is a recovery class exclusively for Fuel members who don't make time to stretch and maintain themselves.

    Flexibility and mobility exercises including stretching, self myofascial release, band work, plus posture and core exercises, are used to help you recover from the previous week and prepare you for the next. We'll be trial-ing this class, so looking forward to your feedback!
