Our weekday training program follows a structured (periodized) program. The program includes the optimal amount of Strength training, technique development and conditioning to improve your wellness, performance and aesthetics. It is designed for those wanting to train 5 days/week and not burn out but also those coming 1x week and everyone in between. Our expectation from our training team and from you is that form is first. Master the movement before increasing the difficulty and you'll stay healthy and progress sustainably.
